A skin health consultation can help anyone address skin challenges, fight aging or simply improve the look and feel of their skin. We will perform a detailed analysis of your skin, go over your history and chat about your concerns. Lastly, we will recommend a course of treatments and products; we will then follow up with you to discuss what works and doesn’t work for you, and make further recommendations accordingly.

For this client, after an in-depth analysis during her skin health consultation, we recommended a course of medical facials and an anti-aging ZO Skin Health skin care regimen. What to Expect During Your Consultation

When you arrive at your skin health consultation, you’re guided into one of our chic, comfortable treatment rooms after filling out your paperwork at the front desk. Together with one of our friendly team members—all of whom are both registered nurses and licensed estheticians—we take a comprehensive look at your skin history. We cover all the elements affecting your skin: hormones, medication, diet, genetics and lifestyle.

Next, we discuss your current skin concerns – the potential areas for improvement and what skin care goals you’d like to focus on, as well as take the time to listen to any of your concerns and answer questions. We then formulate a plan; we provide a road map for the first 3 months of your skin care journey, including recommendations for products, services, diet and lifestyle changes. 

To cap off the experience, we snap a photo to start tracking your progress. (Don’t worry, we won’t share the photo with anyone.) You leave your consultation armed with a new skin care routine and a path forward to achieving the skin of your dreams!

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Come to your skin health consultation with a clean face and an open mind! If you already have a skin care regimen, it’s always a great idea to bring a list of the products you use. Please feel comfortable to ask us any and all questions!

Can I combine my appointment with another service?

A skin health consultation is a stand-alone appointment. Once we’ve established your skin care goals, we’ll be able to schedule your first treatment at our spa! The full cost of your consultation will go toward your first appointment.

How long will it be until I see results?

The speed at which you see changes in your skin depends on how aggressive of an approach you choose to take. Moreover, more severe skin concerns will likely take longer to resolve. Remember that good skin health is a lifelong journey. If you’re committed to the process, you’ll get the results!
